Delivery of Products
Products will only be delivered to the locations within Sri Lanka. You will be contacted by one of our representatives within 7 working days prior to the delivery of your order. Delivery of the items will be based on the availability of the item you have ordered and will also depend on the delivery location. When purchasing any product you confirm that the provided delivery address is accessible. Kindly note that online orders are delivered by courier hence no installation or operating assistance provided at the time of delivery.
Foreign currency transactions (Credit Cards/debit cards)
This facility is valid only for the credit cards/debit cards issued outside of Sri Lanka on the basis of a Pre-determined exchange rate. The transactions will be done solely at the discretion of the respective cardholder by allowing them to clearly select the payment method at the checkout.
Refund policy on Foreign currency transactions
Once the payment is made it is considered final and no cancellations or refunds will be allowed thereafter. However, with the consent of the management, if any refund approval is granted, it will be transferred back to the account of the original cardholder only, in such instances the cardholder may have to bear relevant bank charges for the transaction.
